The second annual Chambord Rendezvous will take place in London on September 13.

The 2010 Chambord Rendezvous

The Chambord Rendezvous competition will ultimately send 6 category winners on a fantastic trip to Paris and the Loire Valley in October, culminating in a visit to the Chateau Chambord where the liqueur is produced.

The Rendezvous itself takes the form of a glitzy dinner for 100 industry VIPs and an after dinner party for 400 at a top London venue (to be announced on July 1^st).

There are 6 categories open for entry (3 drink and 3 food) and you can have a crack at one, some or all of them. Judged by Simon Difford, Andy Pearson, Michael Butt and Alex Turner, the winning creations will be served on the night, and their creators flown off to France in October.

To enter the Chambord Rendezvous

The Chambord Rendezvous opens for entries on June 13^th, with submissions closing at Midnight on August 13^th.

Entries should be submitted via the Chambord Rendezvous website where you can also register for guest tickets to the event.

The prize

The six winners will be flown to Paris on Monday October 3^rd, where they will visit the city?s finest bars and restuarants. They will then travel on to the Loire Valley for various activities, before visiting the distillery and Chateau Chambord where the liqueur is produced.

Each winner will also receive a bespoke Chambord Rendezvous award.
